ABOUT LUWAK COFFEE BEANS
Coffee come from the coffee beans ,Indonesian farmers grown arabica coffee plants which are the seeds of a small tree. First it is in the form of cherries. They contain caffein as a plant defense against animal. That grown in the same forest where the Civet cat lives in.
ABOUT CIVET CAT
Civet cat is a small mammals, is looking like a cat who lives in forest where the arabica coffee is grown .Normally they prefer to eat just the ripest of the cherries of the coffee plant and beans are digested and fermented in the Civet cat’s digestive factor.
CIVET CAT'S DIGESTION
During the digesting process of Civet cat the coffee cherries and its pulp are removed but coffee beans are not digested. Digestion erodes the surface of the seeds taking away part of the caffein content. They are collected from farmers of Indonesia and processed to coffee.
THE FINISHING
After collecting the seeds from the digestion of Civet cat, the farmer took the beans for finishing like ; wash and clean the seeds to prepare them to make coffee. After that they can roast the coffee until it cannot change in dark brown color . After that when all the process is done then the farmer sale the coffee to the shopkeeper in very high price because of the process of making the coffee and for hard work. After that the shopkeeper sale that product to the cafe in high price only , then the cafe can provide a best and tasty coffee to the customer.
